Belmont’s Curse follows Rose Belmont 23 years after Castlevania III — as darkness returns and the curse in her blood becomes the real battlefield.
The premise
Medieval Paris, where the tolling bells herald the end. In 1499 the city is engulfed in flames as monstrous creatures emerge from the shadows. Trevor Belmont — the hero who defeated Dracula twenty-three years earlier — answers a call for help and travels down the River Seine with his daughter, Rose.
Armed with the Vampire Killer, they hunt beasts bleeding from a looming castle. Rose is swept into a darker conspiracy beneath the city. She also bears Dracula’s curse in her right arm — the personal stake behind the tagline: despair or salvation.
